The product is made by multilayer rubberized canvas (PC, NN or EP) structure are bonded together according to certain, appearance is enclosed with different performance of cover rubber, made by heating vulcanization rubber products.  It is an important part of conveyor, used for conveyor materials, suitable conveying middle-small ore, coal, coke sand and powders etc.

The product can be divided into ordinary type, heat-resisting, high temperature resistant, cold-resistant, oil-resistant, wear-resistant, acid and alkali resisting, food, anti-static, fire-resistant, etc.

Cascade materials used: Cotton canvas or synthetic fabric, nylon fabric, EP, polyester fabric, steel core spiral net conveyor belts.     

Standards:   Besides GB/T 7984(Chinese), we can conform DIN 22102(German), AS1332(Australian) . According to customer specific requirements, the belt can be manufactured by consulting with us.
